Jollitail Discount Code Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the $10 discount code ("Discount Code") offered by Jollitail (ABN 78 682 186 625, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via jollitail.com.au. By using the Discount Code, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Discount Code is available exclusively to customers who sign up to our mailing list.
  • Customers must be located in Australia, as Jollitail only services the Australian market.

2. Discount Offer

  • The Discount Code provides a $10 discount on your order when you spend a minimum of $50 AUD (excluding shipping fees).
  • The $60 minimum spend must be met in a single transaction after any other discounts are applied and before shipping is calculated.

3. Usage Limits

  • The Discount Code is valid for single use only per customer.
  • The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, offers, or promotions.

4. Product Exclusions

  • The Discount Code is currently valid across all products. However, we reserve the right to exclude certain products or categories (e.g., sale items, gift cards) from eligibility at any time.

5. Availability and Changes

  • The Discount Code has no set expiry date but may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled by Jollitail at any time without prior notice.
  • Jollitail reserves the right to verify the validity of all Discount Code uses and may cancel any orders that violate these terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If items purchased using the Discount Code are returned for a refund, the refund will be for the amount paid after the discount was applied.
  • If a refund brings the order total below the $50 minimum spend threshold, the value of the discount may be forfeited or deducted from the refund amount.

7. General

  • Discount Codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
